General Terms & Conditions

Full payment will be charged at the hotel. You are allowed to cancel or modify your booking free of charge more than 48 hours before your expected day of arrival.

If you cancel or modify your booking within 48 hours or less before your expected day of arrival, cancellation or modification charges will apply.

In case of no-show, a penalty of 1 night will apply.

  • Rates are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes, and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All offers are subject to availability at the time of reservation, and are not valid in conjunction with other promotions & discounts.
  • F&B credit is only redeemable at Spices Cafe, Spices Bar, Lobby Lounge and Pool & Bar during your stay and not for future use.
  • F&B credit has no monetary value, non-transferable & is not exchangeable for cash or any other service.
  • Credit not combinable with other offers or promotions.
  • Credit is not applicable for use on 24 to 25 Dec 2016 and 31 Dec 2016 to 01 Jan 2017.
  • Minimum qualifying rates are applicable for claim of bonus miles and advance reservation is required. Mileage accrual is not eligible for promotional, discounted and weekend rates. Bonus miles can only be earned by one member per room per stay.
  • In the event of amendment or cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to your expected day of arrival or failure of no show, a penalty equivalent to the first night room charge plus taxes will be levied to the credit card provided.
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours & check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  • Additional bedding is chargeable for third occupancy or children aged 12 years and above. Children below 12 years are permitted to share a room with existing bedding free-of-charge.
  • Payment is based on default currency / exchange rate set by the hotel at the time of payment.
  • Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and create a new reservation. This may be done by visiting our website at www.singapore.concordehotelsresorts.com

  • By agreeing to the stipulated General Terms and Conditions, you consent to Concorde Hotel Singapore contacting you to market Concorde Hotel Singapore products and services via email.
  • The hotel reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details and all terms & conditions without prior notice.
