General Terms & Conditions
Full payment will be charged at the hotel.
You are allowed to cancel or modify your booking free of charge more than 7 days before your expected day of arrival.
If you cancel or modify your booking within 7 days or less before your expected day of arrival, cancellation or modification charges will apply.
In case of no-show, a penalty of 1 night will apply.
- Rate quoted is a nightly rate, in Singapore dollars and subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- A valid credit card number is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- In the case of a cancellation made less than 7 days prior to expected day of arrival or in the case of a no-show, a one night-stay per room will be charged to your credit card.
- Check-in time is 14:00 hours & check-out time is 12:00 noon
- A maximum of 2 Adults and 1 Children (below 12 years) are permitted to share a room with existing bedding free-of-charge. Additional bedding is chargeable.
- A maximum of 3 Adults may share a room. Additional bedding is chargeable.
- The exchange rates are for information only.
- Payment is due upon departure and is based on the default currency / exchange rate set by the hotel. The exchange rate will be set to the prevailing rate at the time of payment.
- Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and create a new reservation. This may be done by visiting our website at www.singapore.concordehotelsresorts.com
- Should you wish to cancel an existing reservation, simply click on the reservation link on our website at www.singapore.concordehotelsresorts.com
- By agreeing to the stipulated General Terms and Conditions, you consent to Concorde Hotel Singapore contacting you to market Concorde Hotel Singapore products and services via email.
- Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
