We met M Jay as soon as we arrived. He was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable in the hotel from the start. His knowledge of local attractions and recommendations for us to try local cuisine were great and we appreciated this. He also helped us with directions and information about using the MRT & buses. This was a big help and made getting around Singapore easy. Thanks M Jay you gave us a great personal, cheerful and enjoyable touch to our stay.

Just would like to say how much I appreciate the excellent service given during my son's 21st Birthday celebrations at your hotel.
First of all, a big thank you to Miss Valerie Lim for managing such a successful event. The manager on duty at the ballroom, together with the supporting staff were tip top in their service and they formed a great team.
The food was sumptuous and the guests commended on the room ambience and the buffet spread. Compliments to the chef too! The seafood salad was tops for me!

I have been meaning to provide you with some feedback for sometime now. I have travelled the world and I can honestly say that the Concorde Hotel is by far my most favourite places to stay. In particular, the staff are always friendly, professional and most of all efficient. I have stayed at many other hotels in Singapore and I consistently have issues with long delays checking in or out. At the Concorde Hotel, I always appreciate the speed at which I can check in and out. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, excellent food selection and the gymnasium is one of the best I have used. Overall, the Concorde Hotel at 100 Orchard Road, Singapore is by far the best value for money hotel I have encountered.

On our arrival, we found the combination lock on one of our cases would not open. We called reception and they sent up Yong, the maintenance man. I told him it was alright to break the lock to get into the case which he had to do to get it open. If we had not got into the case, my wife woudl have to buy new clothes. The hotel beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is a good size. Internet access is great and we really enjoyed the breakfast. I spoke to the concierge and they promptly gave me what I wanted. All the staff at the breakfast - The woman who welcomed us and the woman who cooked our eggs were both very friendly! Last but not least, the gentleman who served us drinks at the pool was very friendly too. Great Margarita!

I was overwhelmed at the help I received when dealing with a medical problem. Robert at the concierge assisted in finding a doctor, but as it was a Sunday, contacted the company doctor who then called me. Soon followed up to make sure the problem was resolved. Thank you very much.

People are generally ncie and kind. The room is a decent size. The area is not too noisy from traffic on the roads. The bed is a good size. Thank you very much for the birthday cake. It even comes with a candle, matches and two beautiful Orchid flowers. It was a pleasant surprise and was heartfelt. It completed the day. It even came with a birthday card, too, and signed by some staff members. Well done! Please keep it up. The chocolate cake was decadent and delicious.

I would like to commend Mr Yusoff (a staff at the cab stand, opening the doors) from the bottom of my heart for his kind help. I was here for an Asean meeting on 23 May when I did not have enough cash to pay my cab driver. I wasn't able to pay by NETS as he had already printed the receipt. Mr Yusoff willingly lent me $10 to pay my cab driver and did not even ask for my details. I am very grateful to Mr Yusoff and believe that he should be recognised for his kindness & willingness to help.

We had our wedding banquet on the 4th December 2010. I must say that we really had a wonderful service at your hotel. Not only are the staff reassuring, they are also very accomodating to our needs. We can feel that they treat each and every wedding individually and did not take for granted although the hotel had held many wedding banquets in the past. I would like to express my appreciation to technician Syah for the wonderful coordination, Mr Ronald and team for the wonderful service and Miss April Teoh for assisting us throughout the plannings. Mr Ronald was there for us to calm us down during our 2 march-in. That was indeed very comforting. The pianist at the hotel lobby also impressed us with his excellent piece of music when we were walking to the ballroom preparing for our march-in. We stayed at the Concorde hotel for 2 nights. There were 3 adults, the room was big to accommodate all of us with a king-sized bed and a rollaway. Breakfast was a buffet which was lovely from local foods naan, noodle soups, to pancakes and waffles, the price was reasonable... Hotel has a wonderful (outdoor) pool great for swimming and the staffs were very friendly and gave good advice for shopping in other areas... The hotel lobby is located on the 3rd floor and our room was on the fourth. Surprisingly for such a busy street we could not hear any outside noise, very peaceful atmosphere is well recommended.

As we had some bad experience with the earlier hotel we booked in Arab street, we wanted to spend the last two days pampered with luxury before leaving Singapore. It was a good choice to book Concorde (Hotel), the staff was friendly and helpful, we got a nice room on the 7th floor with the view of the trees and colourful buildings which you can see in the night time. Our room was just fantastic with everything we required, a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the cities activities... We had a great time during our stay and will guarantee we will book the Concorde (on our) next visit. Congratulations to you and your staff.

Simply the service is outstanding. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and everything was perfect. From the time I sent the email for room confirmation, all the way to the late departure, nothing (went) wrong or missed a beat. The complimentry refreshing room after the check out for the late night flight guests was the icing on the cake in their service. We have decided to stay there on our future visits. A big thank you to all staff who have looked after us well during our stay.

Concorde has always been our favorite hotel in Singapore and sometimes we do try the other hotels, but after the extra service and attention you have provided me, I will forever be hostage to this hotel.
I lost my mobile phone on the eve of my departure and good thing I called the Front Desk that evening. Asst Mgr Elizabeth later sent someone to the nearby shopping store where I suspected I dropped the phone. Though the search was negative, thanks to Mr Anthony for that.
Surprise of all surprises, after returning home, I got an email from Concorde that they found my phone and will sent it to my home address in Manila Phils. Thank you guys, I can't thank you enough for the trouble and the extra mile of service that should be emulated. We will see you again and I hope I can thank everyone personally. All the best!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with you so much that we have voted it the best holiday ever. From the minute we arrived to the day we left, the staff, accommodation and service was superb. You have all been wonderful in the way you treated us, so well and respectfully. We would very much like to have taken you all back to Australia so the hospitality industry here can be trained by the Concorde staff. There is much that can be learnt by the people in our country from yours.
We cannot wait until we visit again, but only if we can be accommodated with you. I will never forget the kindness and hospitality Concorde has shown. The staff at Spices Cafe, Robert the Concierge and the reception staff deserve a special mention. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

My husband and I travel quite often and always spend a few days in Singapore to break our trip. We were so impressed with the Concorde and will definitely be staying again.
One comment I forgot to make was about Rahimah, from Spices Restaurant. She was on duty the first morning of our stay and there was quite a line up for breakfast. She handled the pressure extremely well and was so courteous. She moved the line along and was extremely professional. You definitely have an exceptional staff member there.

As a businessman who travels extensively, I want to compliment you on your staff. I stay in hotels about 75 days per year in the major cities in Asia and the US. My stay at the Concorde is always enjoyable because of the staff. They are polite, courteous, friendly and go out of their way to makmy stay enjoyable.
Khalid did a terrific job of making sure of my needs and wants were attended to. A job well done. Congratulations on a fine hotel.

We recently celebrated my Aunt’s 80th birthday and as part of the celebration, I booked the Jade Suite at the Concorde Hotel for 4 nights. The Suite was outstanding, modern and very comfortable. The location is of course, a great one being so close to one of the main MRT interchanges.
I wanted to take the time to write and commend the hotel staff for their outstanding service. This birthday celebration had been 1 year in the making and I really enjoyed working with various Concorde Hotel employees. Mr John Pang, Ms Annie Seet, Chef Robin Sing and Ms Evelyn Neo all deserve special thanks. My parents visit Singapore every year and I plan to encourage them to stay at the Concorde Hotel during their future visits.

We had an enjoyable 4 days in Singapore and at the Concorde in particular. The Premier Club room and its lounge facilities were fantastic, as were the Lounge/dining staff. If we do happen to visit Singapore again, we will not hesitate to stay at the Concorde. Thank you once again.

During a family lunch at Spices Cafe, my two-month-old son needed a change after he soiled himself. There were no changing rooms but the head waitress referred us to the hotel staff and within minutes, we were given a hotel room to change our son. I thank the three staff members at Spices and Concorde for their initiative. Friendly customer service like this certainly guarantees a return visit by my family.

I returned home for a short trip to visit my folks in Singapore and we decided to bring mom out to the Penarakan Buffet since my grandmother was a baba herself. We had a most enjoyable time there. The hostess at your wonderful restaurant took the time to mingle with everyone and made sure my mom was taken care off, in spite of an obviously busy lunch. I had more expensive buffets but at yours, the food quality and service makes me proud to be a Singaporean. Thank you for hiring quality people and providing us a great time to spend together.
