Concorde Hotel Singapore has gotten our hands on Jolly Wee's coveted Peranakan recipes and together with our talented chefs, 82 year old Baba Jolly will helm Spices Kitchen during lunchtime Weekdays, to help whip up those dishes you've been wanting to try! For only $25.00++ per person, lunch time goers can finally get to enjoy Nonya Kueh Pie Ti, Jolly’s signature Bibik Laksa, everyone’s favourite Pork Ribs with Buah Keluak Spices (Chicken with Nuts from the Kepayang Tree), Udang Masak Nanas (Pineapple Prawns), Udang Lemak Belimbing (Prawns with Mini Starfruit), Babi Assam (Tamarind Marinated Braised Pork), Babi Chin (Braised Pork with Preserved Yellow Beans), Sayur Nangka Masak Lemak (Young Jackfruit in Spicy Coconut Milk), Itek Tim (Duck in Salted Vegetable soup) and the list go on! New Items: Buah Paya Titek, Bakwan Goreng, Sambal Udang Petai and Ikan Pari Masak Kuah Lada.
