Harvest of the Sea Buffet Dinner

November 2018, SINGAPORE – Spices Cafe provides a dining experience that reflects the culinary style of our team of dedicated chefs. Incorporating hints of vermillion red amidst the ever stylish black and white, the colonial and regal setting of our elegant restaurant will provide the perfect glamour backdrop for an excellent meal.

Enjoy a heavenly crab feast at our Harvest of the Sea Buffet Dinner. Do not miss out on this extravaganza as our spread offers the freshest and most succulent ocean catches; enough to make any seafood enthusiast clap in approval. Feast like a king with the wallet of a common man. Binge on not just one, but three different types of cooked-to-order crabs with an unlimited serving served to you at your table; be it Salted Egg, Black Pepper or Singapore’s Signature Chilli Crab. Also, expect the freshest cut of sashimi, fresh oysters and scallops alongside a delectable spread of hot food at the cooked station.

To spice up the buffet scene, a new grill station that dishes out exquisite BBQ Stingrays, Squids, Prawns, Beef Steaks, Lamb Chops and Pork Loin was recently brought in. Have your fill of juicy meats or seafood paired with your choice of the 6 sauces provided on the side – Barbecue, Black Pepper, Dijon Mustard, Hollandaise, Mint and Sambal Chilli.

Be prepared to be pampered as all diners are entitled to a complimentary single serving of Half Baked Lobster (choice of cooking style – Cheese, Mentaiko or Plain Grilled with choice of preferred sauce by the side) or Braised Baby Abalone with Broccoli and Mushroom, worth over $28.00++ each. Look forward to a new addition starting from 1st December 2018 – the Pan Fried Goose Liver with Honey Onion and Balsamic Vinegar. Diners will find many of the signatures they have loved as well as a host of exciting new dishes in the buffet spread, leaving them spoilt for choice. Finally, end of the meal in a sweet manner with the delightful dessert bar, packed with a plethora of English pastries, cakes and Nonya traditional desserts.
