Nestled on our hotel’s 4th floor rooftop green area, Spices Garden is a flourishing 30 ft by 30 ft herbs garden; brimming with vibrant herbs, fruits, and spices. From tangy limes, aromatic rosemary, fragrant pandan leaves and anise aroma of the Asian Dill to the beautiful blue pea flower and passion fruit, each plant embodies our commitment to sustainability and excites the senses. This unique garden allows us to source fresh, flavourful ingredients for our culinary creations.
