• Valid exclusively for direct hotel bookings made via the Concorde Hotel Singapore official website.
• Each eligible hotel-staying tourist will now be entitled to redeem one ticket per booking, in place of the previous four tickets.
• Guests will be required to present their hotel key card along with their passport at the point of ticket exchange for verification.
• The exchange of the e-ticket for a physical ticket will now be available only at the Beach Station Ticketing Counter, operating daily from 9am to 9pm
• The complimentary Sentosa Discovery Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
• Passport Verification Requirement: In compliance with Sentosa Development Corporation guidelines, all guests must present their original international passport at official Sentosa Ticketing Counters to verify tourist status prior to physical ticket issuance.
• Subject to attraction operating schedules and seasonal availability.
